THERAPY

We provide evidence-based treatments for a variety of psychological problems including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, personality disorders, trauma, and issues related to identity and self-esteem.

COUPLES
THERAPY

We help couples to improve communication to resolve conflicts, to build a more secure bond and to strengthen their relationship.

ADOLESCENT
THERAPY

We treat teens experiencing anxiety, depression, self-injury, and other mental health problems. We help teens to improve coping skills, manage stress, and to develop a healthier sense of self.

CHILD & FAMILY
THERAPY

We provide treatment for children experiencing problems such as anxiety, depression, oppositional and defiant behaviour, ADHD, attachment difficulties, and school avoidance. We provide support for parenting and co-parenting.

ELDERCARE
COUNSELLING

We support family members to care for their aging relatives, to navigate the health and social services, to make decisions about care and to manage caregiver stress and burnout.

PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

We provide assessments to identify intellectual or learning disabilities, ADHD, giftedness, or developmental disabilities. We also provide assessments to diagnose mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders and other factors related to current psychological difficulties.
