As the primary contact for the centre, my role is to collaborate with you to assess your specific needs, and provide a therapist that is the best fit possible. Understanding the sensitive and delicate nature of personal difficulties, and/or major life transitions can make seeking outside support confusing and overwhelming. I aim to make this process as simple as possible. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, my experience as a certified birth Doula, along with years’ work in frontline mental health, my goal is to meet any inquiries to our services with compassion, respect, and privacy as it is important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease in beginning this journey.
