My counselling practice is focused on creating an empathic and supportive space where you can freely express yourself and be heard in a non-judgmental way. I strive to focus on your unique strengths and empower you move toward goals that are meaningful to you. I adopt a strength-based approach drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.

As a clinician, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics, university counselling centre, employee assistance programs, and private practice. I am currently completing my doctoral studies in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. At the Kanata Psychology and Counselling Centre, my practice includes psycho-educational assessments, psychotherapy, and counselling. I work with adolescents and adults. My practice is supervised by Dr. Rebecca Moore.
