I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples and view my clients as being experts in their own experiences. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental space in which clients can explore their challenges and grow. I incorporate cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and emotionally focused therapy into my practice, offering an integrative approach that aligns with the client’s unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. Some of my practice areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship related issues.
I received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Psychology from York University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology degree from the University of Ottawa. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and I provide psychotherapy services under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Moore and Scott McCleery.
