M.Ed. Practicum Student in Counselling Psychology

Empathy, collaboration, and understanding are at the forefront of my therapeutic approach. I am a M.Ed. practicum student in the counselling psychology program at the University of Ottawa. I work with children, adolescents and adults to help them through difficulties they may be facing, and support their mental health. I use a person-centered, integrative approach to fit each client’s individual needs and goals. I offer a safe and accepting environment where I work with clients to help identify goals, explore thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns, and develop skills to support healing and personal growth.

I have also completed an MA in psychology at Carleton University focused on research in young children’s social cognition. This led to my interest in pursuing a career in counselling psychology and working with children to help support their mental health and social-emotional development using creative and engaging therapeutic approaches.

My practice is under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Moore (clinical and school psychologist).
