The Mental Health Crisis Line covers the City of Ottawa as well as Renfrew County, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Counties, Akwesasne and Prescott & Russell Counties. These are all within Eastern Ontario.

Canada’s only toll-free, 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, web counselling and referral service for children and youth. Professional counsellors provide support to young people across the country. Service is completely anonymous and confidential

 

Child, Youth and Family Crisis Line for Eastern Ontario

Provide access to crisis professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week, serving children and youth 18 and under experiencing a crisis, and their families. Eastern Ontario region includes; Ottawa, Renfrew, Stormont, Glengarry and Dundas.

 

Ottawa Rape Crisis Centre

Provides 24-hours, 7 days a week service to survivors of sexual violence, supporters, family and friends of survivors.

 

Sexual Assault Support Centre of Ottawa

Support line can be used for crisis situations, support around healing and coping, debriefing, options, referrals and information.

 

Youth Services Bureau
